Shaking my head for giving them another chance. My order arrived missing an egg roll. Given 16.9 fl oz soft drinks, when it clearly states 20 oz. Each combo had even temperature in the same container. Cold broccoli, then overcooked in another. Ordered Hibachi chicken with fried rice. OMG. It was so saucy and just tasted like black and looks like black pepper chicken. The rice looks gray. Not at all the fried rice I requested. I ask for yummy yummy sauce and smelled and looks like salad dressing. I've always had issues with my order at this place. I do agree with those that ha mve low reviews. Most people act as if they owe this establishment something. They need to be consistent. I hate getting cold and warm food in the same container. Just low standard. When you call you get an answering service with 3000 questions before the restaurant calls you back. Then the lady doesn't like for you to call them up on the food. They will tell you go somewhere else instead of working on their quality control. Sad. I wasted my money. I have to throw that knock off...

I gave him with distaste which was an eight dollar tip on a $40 bill. Then I’m missing part of the order I called back. I talked to the woman. She said she’s gonna transfer me to a manager. It goes to voicemail. I call back. I tell her it went to voicemail. She’s OK she’s gonna transfer to manager again and then another guy answers he goes sorry he didn’t make the food that he’ll transferred to the manager went to Voice Mail again. I called back. I told him everything that happened. She said OK what’s your name and number and then she goes I’m gonna transfer you right to the restaurant she transferred to the restaurant and it hung up. I don’t understand what the big deal is just send me the food that I paid for that you didn’t deliver. I’ll never order food from this place again. I’m gonna make sure that everyone I talk to never order from this place...
Read moreWhoever the cashier is who was working there around lunchtime today (7/29) who tried scamming my wife into paying more money because he was too lazy to count the money himself needs to be fired. We've been loyal, honest customers of this place for over six years with no issues, but I do not appreciate the defensive, hostile attitude my wife experienced from your cashier today. She paid cash and wanted to put the remaining balance on her card. Simple task, yes? Businesses everywhere do this multiple times daily. The cashier didn't even bother counting the cash and tried to charge my wife an extra $15 when she should have only had to pay like $4 more off her card. When she tried to question it, the punk got hostile and gave her attitude. I called my wife who told me about it, shaking and on the verge of tears. Totally unacceptable behavior and not what we've come to expect from this establishment. We will very likely be giving Winli down the street more of our business...
