Taco Bell — Restaurant in Maryland

It's been a while since I've written a review. But I just couldn't pass up a chance to say something good about a Balitomore fast foot experience. I'm in town visiting and just love Taco Bell. But the one on Joppa ALWAYS left out my chips when I lived here. I had remembered coming to this one on Harford and having a pleasant experience before. So that's where I headed. The young man at the window was so polite! He told me to have a great rest of my day and handed my bag over holding the top with one hand and the bottom with the other. The top was nicely folded and stickered (I do hate the stickers). When I opened my parcel, the chips were set upward nicely. After I pulled them out, my burrito and taco had also been placed in there upright and set right next to each other like they were a pair. When I unwrapped my taco, it looked like what you would see in an ad. It was layered nicely and stuffed at just the right proportions. When it came to my burrito, the presentation was the same. It had been wrapped as if it were being judged in a contest. It was perfect! I could have used a little more cheese in it. But I can overlook that little detail with all the other wonderful details standing out. Thank you Harford Taco Bell for...

I went and ordered 2 steak quesadilla meals one nacho box meal and 4 cinnabon. When I got out the line because only the drive through was open. My food was cold you can see none of the cheese was melted on. So, I drive back in the line and wait get to the order box and explain to the cashier that I just ordered my food and it was cold. She told me to pull up when I got there I explained again what happened. Another gentleman came to the window explaining to me that my nachos wouldn't be hot because sour cream and tomatoes were added on nachos like it is every time I get this meal. I told him that I get this meal often and that the meal should still be warm not cold and that the quesadilla should not be cold and melted down as well. After a couple of seconds of staring at each other and me not budging they decided to remake the meal all they did was half microwave it and give me back the same meal. I come to taco bell frequently and I don't like to feel like someone is treating me like I'm getting over. I honestly always have a bad time going to this particular taco bell and won't be back! Sylvia the General Manager is horrendous in her position. She will surely cost this business customers and money. She's very rude and very unprofessional. She also seems to think that her position gives her the right to be rude to Door Dashers but here's the thing about that who's to say that a Dasher isn't a future customer? We eat and spend money too especially out Dashing. She's a fool to say I couldn't have the corporate office number because I am just a Dasher but no hun we can complain too because again whos to say I'm not a customer too as if I can't be both. I actually eat at Taco Bell frequently by my house on Eastern Blvd. With this rudeness I will not go to any of your locations. Yeah maybe my little dollar doesn't matter to her but it surely should matter to Taco Bell. Please fire her immediately. I bet there will be more bad reviews mentioning her rudeness. It's truly a shame for the restaurant in which she works. She don't seem to care though because she figures she's still going get her little pay check no matter how many customers she offends.
