Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Parkville

Twice now this location has served me watery smoothies. The first time for delivery. When I called and tried to resolve issue they said I had to come in and get a new one. They couldn't deliver because it was through door dash and they weren't willing to issue credit. They blamed the driver for taking too long but he was prompt. I had also paid extra for delivery because I didn't want to go out. I should have demanded them to refund my delivery fee when I came in to get the new one but I didn't. Then I called one day to place a pickup order. They lied and said they no longer can take phone orders. One of my smoothies had special requests so I couldn't place online. I came in and ordered. 1 of the smoothies was watery so I gave it back and requested another. The girl complied but rolled her eyes. I will NEVER EVER RETURN TO THIS STORE OR ORDER DELIVERY!!!
