Pearl Road Shopping Center — Local services in Parma Heights

Typical Big Lots. Furniture side is pretty large but the household side is small. Staff on the furniture side is friendly, helpful and not pushy. Some of the female checkout staff is not very helpful and very defensive. The checkout equipment is old and kind of awful. We tried to donate our change and that didn't work. I think we were supposed to receive a coupon for it next visit, but that also didn't work. I guess we won't be going back? Decent pricing on some items. We got snacks for the kids at a good price. I caught a light up soundbar on clearance. It's not a top brand, but it's a steal at the low price. There were end of season clearance on outdoor furniture. We got an extra 15 percent off everything for friends and family weekend. Overall pretty satisfied, but again the awful checkout process with the poor equipment and poor service probably cost them our repeat business. Have had better experience at other big lots, but the furniture side here...

Being new to this neighborhood I'm in search of all the regular stores & businesses I was using near my former address. I'm so glad I found this Big Lots location.

The store was neatly stocked. The staff was friendly & helpful!

I had an exchange. Lately, it seems that companies will not do exchanges. They simply return the item and ring up the replacement.

This can be a bit tricky for those of us on small fixed incomes because it means our funds are tied up for several more days while waiting on the refund as well as having new funds used for the replacement purchase.

I was so pleasantly surprised that the clerk facilitated a true exchange!

She was very helpful even giving me suggestions on where I might be able to find the item I was returning in the correct measurements!

This is now my new Big Lots location & I will certainly be returning...

Hey folks! I have recently found this location while working. I had a little time on my hands so stopped in! Ice been 4 times since. I love this location now that the Chagrin Beechwood location has gone downhill! The best cashiers they ever had are gone! Top management at that store suck! So I now shop at this Parma location instead! a huge variety of products to choose from more in stock. They can do a better job in the restrooms. I visit wY to early for the restrooms...
