I’m so disappointed, I come here all the time and the coffee & service is great. I literally drive an hour there and back to get it. I think the workers are so sweet and they always compliment me when I come through. When I came through earlier, this girl came out and didn’t even seem like she wanted to take my order. I hadn’t updated my debit card on apple wallet to my new one and didn’t realize until I got there, so my card didn’t work. I instantly could tell she was getting more irritated and she walked inside while I scrambled on my phone trying to access the new card. She started talking to her coworkers with the door cracked open so obviously I was tuning into that when she started talking about me in a nasty tone about how I couldn’t pay for the drink and she seemed really irritated about it. While this is going on, I remembered the day before the girl that took my order told me I had a free drink my next order… perfect! I’ll bring that up, maybe she can see on the screen. Then she argued with me about that. I’m thinking, why would the worker go out of their way to tell me my next drink is free, if it’s not. I didn’t even care about getting the drink for free, she was just rude the whole time from the second I pulled up. I could’ve pulled up my new card and still bought the coffee, but instead I left and got a coffee 2 minutes away from my apartment. They were nice to...
Read moreThis is the worst 7 brew location I’ve ever been to. I originally joined in Alabama, and then moved to Canton, Ohio. The ones there have the best customer service. This location lacks customer service. The first time I came here my order was completely wrong. Instead of giving me a snickerdoodle latte they gave me a house blend (expresso and water) with snickerdoodle syrup. As you can imagine it was disgusting. When I asked them to remake it the girl tried to charge me for a new drink stating that it wasn’t her fault and I had to ask for a manager. The manager resolved the issue no charge.
I decided to give them another chance. This time the lines were long. The girl taking orderes was zigzagging through the lines and I had a feeling someone who pulled up after me would get their order taken before me… it happens…. But no… she completely skips my car and takes the order of the car behind me.
I get to the front and the lady says “blondie?”. I tell her my order was never taken. No apology, no “hello” nothing… the customer service here sucks and I blame it on the staff being full of high school girls. She also almost got my order wrong if I hadn’t ask to see her screen. Anyways, I won’t...
Read moreIf you’re looking for a drink that tastes like a chaotic mix of melted candy, artificial syrups, and straight-up regret, 7 Brew might be your spot. Each sip delivers a confusing cocktail of overpowering sweetness and chemical aftertaste—like someone dared to mix a gas station slushie with cough syrup and called it “signature.”
Unfortunately, the flavor profile isn’t the only thing that leaves a bad taste in your mouth.
The atmosphere behind the counter is visibly toxic. You can feel the tension from the parking lot. Employees look overworked, underappreciated, and micromanaged to exhaustion. It’s no surprise when management appears more focused on barking orders than setting a respectful example. Leadership starts at the top—and it’s clear that personal growth, empathy, and even basic human decency aren’t exactly on the training checklist.
To the manager in question: maybe it’s time to shift the focus from control to compassion. A little self-care (physically, mentally, and professionally) might go a long way in helping you treat your staff—and customers—with the basic kindness they deserve.
This place is more than just a disappointing drink. It’s a crash course in how not to...
