I went through the drive-through at 10:30pm this evening and was helped by the sole employee there (my receipt says Vicky so I assume that's who it was). She was insanely sweet, apologized profusely for the wait (there really wasn't much of a wait, she was ON IT!) and gave me a free sandwich card for the delay. They had no staff other than this one woman who was not only taking orders, but also preparing, cooking and packing the food, but she did so without being rude, agitated, and she didn't complain once. She was sweet, kind and wonderful! I'm leaving this review so that Arby's knows what an asset they have in her. Treat her well, she more than deserves it. Btw, my order was perfect. The order was short a curly fry so we tell him that and no sorry or apology just a blank stare. Then we get home and have two completely different sandwiches than what we ordered. So I go back to get the right stuff and no sorry or my bad or anything from the guy at the window who messed up our order.
