It has been about 6 months since we last went to this location because of our awful previous experiences but we decided, once again, to give them a try. I ordered a bogo 6 (so twelve) with wedges and a 20 boneless with fries and a side of honey BBQ. The order was placed at 406 and when I arrived at 416, they said they just received it (I expected to wait a little bit knowing I got there early but was not expecting them to not even see the order yet. the store had only one other order pending on the screen so the store was not busy) so not sure why it took so long for them to notice. There is never an employee there to greet customers so you have to ring the bell at which they come out looking rather annoyed to be bothered. I proceeded to wait until 438 when two different people finally came out to give me the order, in which they looked shocked to see human beings existed on earth. I was in a hurry so didn't check the order but when I got home I realized that they gave us one with 12 wings and then the other with 12 wings instead of 20. They also forgot the side of honey bbq. I'm sorry but this will be the final time we get orders from this location. We gave them so many chances but in the end, the employees clearly do not care about getting orders correct. We have never a single time gotten a correct order from this location. Please get better management...

I went in for the bogo wings which when I cashed out I was charged full price after the cashier asked me if I wanted my receipt, .When I went back up to the cashier they went to get a manager. The cashier came back and said what other wings do you want for the extra charge. I said I didnāt want any more wings I just wanted the correct price. When the manager came back up he was not understanding fully so I told him refund me and I would order again. I then waited out side and decided to go to giant eagle and thank goodness I did. I came back after 30 mins and was told there was still a wait on my food. 30 more mins passed when I finally received my order. Manager seemed annoyed by having to come up and swipe his manager card which seems to be a tad excessive. They need one even to delete an item. There was cashiers that didnāt quite know what they were doing and didnāt have no one to turn to help them up there. Was just so excited to have Buffalo Wild Wings by us to be let...

But then the garlic parm chicken barely had any sauce on it, the lemon pepper chicken was completely dry it had just a little bit of the dry seasoning at the bottom of the container, and the fried pickles seemed to not have went in the fryer long enough. I didnāt get the sauce with those either. Like I donāt care that much if you hand my order out and had to remake it, I would have only took off 1 star for that. Things happen. But remake it right. Thatās just too many mistakes in a row for me, the staff is just being careless. The atmosphere was so different than the other Buffalo Wild Wings too. Thereās no bar so itās pretty much just a take out restaurant. Very sad looking on the inside compared...
