Food, fresh and delicious. The staff at register and at food station, friendly and professional. All of my food was super fresh and made to order even with my modifications, except for my wimpy pickle, which should have just been left off the plate. I'm not gonna downgrade just because of a bad pickle, everything else tasted wonderful. My coffee mug was super clean and my favorite color 😇 ,coffee delicious. The coffee station was not perfectly clean but clean enough. All the milks we're at the bottom from my first cup to my second refill. No one had come out to fill and wipe the station. Dining room is extremely spacious. Tables were relatively clean when I entered. Someone is out cleaning and wiping tables now. A few of the chairs have fabric chairback covers. Whomever owns this franchise need to replace them, or get rid of them. They're horrible and look filthy. They make the place look dirty, even though the dining room is clean. Last but not least, the women's restroom is deplorable. The toilet seats need to be replaced immediately. New toilet seats are not gonna break the bank. Neither is a few clorox wipes on the walls sink and counter. The sink was filthy, so was the counter and floor. Whomever installed the toilet paper holders needs to rethink their logic. The bathroom takes away from the whole properties aesthetics which is a shame. With that said, I would definitely eat at this location again or pick up food at this location again. It was closing time and the little kid manager was standing there when I handed my phone to the girl staying I wanted a broccoli cheddar bread bowl a large she said the bread bowl is the large . I have a thumbs up. He hollars it to the girls over on the soup side as a bowl. The rang it up as a bowl when I asked were the sourdough was they told me I did not pay for that. Dude you were standing right there and reading my message of what I wanted. So he refused to make it right. He said that's what you paid for that's all you get. So I texted I wanted a refund. He got so pissed off and when I confronted the girl at counter she laughed and walked to the back. Am I crazy for thinking they should have made it right? I mean I wrote it out in black and white and they both saw it yet neither even acted like they remembered it. He called it out wrong but called it out and did not even acknowledge that. Her laughing because I was pissed off about it and annoyed he had to do a refund. When none of it was my fault. Would it not have been good customer skills to just fix it. Read moreEven if you order online on Panera Bread's website they will redirect it to a third party delivery system like door Dasher Uber eats. But your order history will not show up through doordash or Uber eats only panera. So if you end up having any issues with your order like I did, there's no way to Dispute it through the third party app.
I ordered soup and a sandwich for delivery waited an hour and then called panera to see where my sandwich was. Spoke to the manager several times. No help at all. I was told I needed to contact the third party delivery site, Which at the time I wasn't even aware that my order was delivered through something else. Turns out they delivered it to the wrong house. My food sat outside for nearly an hour outside of One of my neighbors houses. If they would have sent me a photo of what house I could have figured it out earlier and still been able to eat my food. The manager did absolutely nothing. I called back again after not being able to find the order through Uber or door dash. I called Uber and doordash and neither one could find the order. So now I'm just out this money because somebody messed up. I will never spend another dollar with panera after experiencing that horrible time with that manager.
I used the correct address. And I stayed in contact with them. For them to offer to do nothing to fix the problem is disgusting.
