We just left the drive through with our ice cream but very unhappy customers. Pulled into the new second option drive through lane (there was a line in the first) and was ignored. So after a few cars placed orders in the first lane, we backed up and got into the original drive through lane to place our order. In the meantime 7 cars got in between us and half of them had ordered from that second drive through lane that we got ignored in. When we finally got to the window and questioned why they wouldn’t take our order we were given the excuse that we didn’t wait long enough (we waited about 5 minutes and called out for a response a few times and were ignored). Read moreI stopped by to get a hot fudge Sunday they took my order quickly and I paid but it took 20 min to make it and 12 people came In ordered and got there orders b4 mine was made. I was asked a few times what I ordered but nothing. I understand they have teenagers working there but the manager was completely lost helped the drive through taking orders than stood in back watching the cooks (not helping) if your a manager act like it help your workers know what's going on in your store store needs a new experienced manager to run things!

Read moreThe woman that answered the phone when I tried to place and order for a pick up the NEXT DAY, was so rude! She mumbeled “calling this late?”, YES! a whole day in advance, what’s the problem? I was ordering in advance, following their requests, from years past. Then as we continued to speak she started using “your phone is breaking up” which I know is wrong, considering I was using a land line! Whoever this woman was and if she sees this, I hope you can figure out how to provide better customer service for future customers! I am in customer service and she was flat out wrong!
