Honey Hut Ice Cream — Restaurant in Parma

This particular honey hut is a parma staple. You will frequently see it very crowded on summer nights like it was tonight. The have a stable of regular flavors that are always available but often rotate different and unique flavors in as the season progresses. Prices seem to be fair for the amount of ice cream you get and the whipped cream is to die for.

To reccomend a few flavors, orange blossom is top notch, as is the chocolate peanut butter. One of the more unique flavors I enjoy is the Dark chocolate cayenne when it is available.

On 7/16/18 , me and my fiancee came to this place to get ice cream at about 915 pm. Three young men come running out the back room to serve her drooling all over ignoring me. I began to place my order as to take the attention off her. This kind of ignorant behavior is why this place has no line and the competition down the street is full and people are standing in the rain to get their product. Whoever owns this store, look at your cameras at that time and see what these young men did to us. We will never be back. My fiancee was so embarrassed and I had a hard time controlling my anger . August 2022: I frequently visit the Brooklyn OH location because it is closer to the freeway. However, I could not resist stopping here after visiting a friend in Parma.

Finally tried the cayenne chocolate flavor and it was really good. The chocolate flavor starts off sweet and then ends with a subtle , tantalizingly spicy kick.

Pros: Quick and efficient staff Can sample ice cream prior to purchasing Parking is ample enough for the crowds.

Cons: None that I can think of.
