There are so many options to choose from and you can create your own concoction (no matter how weird) and the staff are all super friendly. You can hear them all joking around with each other inside while they work and teasing each other to pass the time and they all seem to get along really well, which I love seeing at places. Every time I've been there the staff seem nice to the customers, the ice cream is SO GOOD, and if there was ever an issue with an order the staff were super nice and quick to fix it! I ordered same thing but nothing compared to other places. 50 degrees out and ice cream was already liquid in 5min. I see why they don't like to give you lids because they don't stay on and leak all over the place. I asked for little pup cup for the my 5lb yorkie and they charge you as much for spoon full of ice cream then they do for entire quart at the store.
