Daddario Pizza — Restaurant in Parma

My husband and I tried this place for the first time last evening. It was the first and last time we will eat there. I ordered online on what I believed was their website. I would later find out I was redirected to a 3rd party’s website. The food arrived within the promised time- a large 3 topping pizza. It smelled and looked delicious. We also ordered a dozen wings-the way we’ve ordered our wings for many years- cooked extra crispy, bbq sauce on the side with a side of ranch. We loathe soggy wings. I opened the box of wings to find them dripping in bbq sauce. I looked at my email that confirmed the order. The mistake wasn’t with me but the person preparing our food. My husband phoned the restaurant-a girl answered and WOW! She was combative and aggressive from the get go. She wouldn’t let my husband speak-she was telling us what we needed to do-get in touch with Slice- the third party we were unknowingly redirected to when placing the order. She repeatedly said she made the wings the way WE ordered them- RANCH on the side BBQ on the wings. I have never in my life had to instruct a restaurant to put the RANCH on the side!! She ended up hanging up on us. We called back 3 different times. She had told us her name was Daphne. She was the manager.There was no district manager. There was no Corporate Office. We spent $43. On a large pizza,12 soggy wings we didn’t eat,tip for the driver . And wait for it! Almost $7.00 for the delivery fee charged by the third party Daddadios redirected us to. And that is the way we were treated. I plan on telling anyone I can not to patronize this place. You really know how to treat your customers Daphne...

Unfortunately, this place was a one and done for us. When i order pizza we want cheesy, hot, saucy, greasy deliciousness, because at that point I’m either too tired to cook or it’s a treat for us. This was such a disappointment for my family and went in the garbage. All I got out of it was heartburn. The website also offers curbside, but when you call to tell them you’re there, they say they do not offer curbside. I appreciate her bringing it out to me though. I used to work at Tony’s before it was D’s. It is absolutely nothing like what I remember. We usually go to Napoleons, but I tried saving money… We ordered a Hawaiian pizza. I’ve never thought of putting barbecue sauce on it or had it like that so we did not like it. Also bbq sauce wasn’t listed in the ingredients....

I was delivered pizza that was carelessly made. a side of looking cheap & chincy. I even ordered x-cheese on 1 of the pizzas & there was no difference. I returned them exactly how I received them & was told Id get a refund by calling someone else, I called them & I was told Daddario refused for them to refund me.They are CON ARTIST.. ((( DON'T *USE * YOUR * CREDIT * CARD))) I lost almost $60.00. Thanks to Daddario Pizza. This is not even close to Italian Pizza. Their building is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT to me. The place didn't even smell like a pizza shop. I don't even want to rate this place a 1. dishonest people Sorry to complain, but the pizzas was a total disappointment. Hey Daddario Pizza & your 3rd party BS, Have a Merry Christmas with my money . ho ho ho...
