McDonald's — Restaurant in Parma

For starters, it's annoying enough that their milkshake machine has been "temporarily down" for over a year. What made the experience even more annoying this time was that I figured I'd settle for chocolate chip cookies instead, welp I guess that was a mistake also. "Please pull forward and we'll bring your cookies out". . 10 minutes later I was brought pies in place of cookies (as if they're even close in comparison). "We brought you pies instead so you didn't have to wait anymore" the kid said. Figuring I waited long enough and I might as well wait a few more minutes, I ask "well how much longer for the cookies?", The kid replied "...I don't know ..." As he's walking back into the store. .

I would rate 1 star if it weren't for the incident being made right by a manager mailing coupons to redeem... But I just can't believe how mismanaged this location is, all of the 1-stars become more and more believable every time I go here, which is becoming less frequent because it's not...

Very disappointed with this location since it is the worst location I have ever been to. Like usual, I was very much in a hurry this morning and was asked to park and wait for my order to be brought out to my car. After waiting in line for 14 minutes and then waiting for my order for another 10 minutes only to have the wrong order brought to me. When they came back out after another 8 minutes to have the wrong order delivered again. The employee said they only had this order (the incorrect order). On top of all of this frustration, she argued with me about me demanding I get what I ordered. 32 minutes to get the wrong breakfast and pay for double what was delivered. I told them to go pound salt and will never go back to this location again. This is not the first time I have had problems at this location and this experience was what prompted me to write a...

Food was fresh and well prepared. But a lot of the electronic devices weren't working correctly. Was able to pick the desired items and link to a table tracking marker. But it wouldn't allow me to pay there and others who were able to didn't receive a receipt either. Employees were very friendly and helpful but appeared slightly understaffed. Food did come out relatively quickly but did not use the numeric table markers. Not sure if they aren't working anymore or if just too busy to be running food to the tables. This isn't meant to be a complaint as I'd much rather run up to the counter rather than wait longer or have poorly prepared food. Tables were clean and there are a pair of TVs in the back too. Not including the novelty touchscreen kiosks to place your order (that don't entirely work),...
