McDonald's — Restaurant in Parma

Went to drive through on Saturday to get my daughter a quick fountain drink ie Pepsi and small fry. I placed order 1 large coke light ice , small fry and small ice tea with lemon. No order repeat, but when we got to window to repeat, they read 1 large diet coke light ice, etc. I said no, repeated back Regular coke, agan she said diet coke, I repeated regular coke. Got to next window, I ask the girl at window if it was a regular or diet coke, she said diet. I explained it was regular with light ice and that I repeated this 3x, so she gets mad dumps the coke and proceeds to get a regular coke, I also ask for a salt for fry . She filled coke and proceeded to dump a whole bunch of ice in cup and hand me cup and shut window in face. She refused to look at me as I sat trying to get her attention. I saw a manager and waved her to window. I ask if the coke was light ice, she said no, she filled another coke, I ask for a salt. I told her it was very rude that her employee refused to help me and shut the window in my face. I stead of her apologies, she shut the window in my face. I guess that is the training given at this McDonalds. I hate to see what the situation would have been if it was a difficult order. Btw, hardly the customer service dserving 15.00 an hour. So sad, that good customer service is...

It's McDonald's. It's OK. If you are ordering for more than yourself, it is in your best interest to double check the order. I've been going here, ordering for 4, for about 5 years. I'd say I've been here over 100 times. At least half of that, something has always been wrong/missing from my order. Often, its something somewhat benign like they didn't give me ketchup even though I explicitly asked for it; often forgetting a sauce, etc.... but there have been times where stuff is missing or the order is messed up (no mustard...for the love of god no mustard (not me)). It has gotten better, and its easy enough to tell a special order because they put the receipt for it on the wrapper....but my trust isn't 100% for that due to history. It has just been updated and is clean with the modern look. I have not been happy with the order kiosks though....I still always seem to have to go to the counter...and just avoid the kiosks now. So...3 stars for being an average McDonald's. I will continue to go here until it's not convenient. The staff has always been decent. I've always been accommodated if something was so messed up I had to call it in. The food is what I expect for McDonald's. But nothing is special or exceptional. WORST McDonalds I’ve ever been to. Payed at the first drive thru window, asked for my receipt, and was told I get it at the second window, which I never received. Placed a15$ order, never received the chicken sandwich I ordered. Parked my car to go inside and place a second order due to forgetting to order two items. Went inside, FOUR employees “working”, and keep in mind they saw me. I stood there for almost 15 minutes waiting to place an order. I stood there and listened to two female employees talking out loud about tampons!!! Finally, after 15 minutes, I yelled to one of the females that I needed to place an order. She looks at me and says, “ Place your order on the kiosk” maybe this was something you could’ve told me 15 minutes ago, as I’m receiving a text from my daughter in the car asking if everything was OK. Got home and saw that I didn’t have my sandwich, and I didn’t have my receipt! I emailed McDonald’s headquarters, and pretty much they told me, “Sorry, we need to do better!” Really?!?
