Moonlite Tavern — Restaurant in Parma

Nice place and owners. They now have a brand new kitchen that is open. The prices are reasonable too. With a variety of sandwiches, salads, soups, home cooked meals, specials, and much more. I love the fried mushrooms! Since Lent started, they have fish fries, and they are good. I don't know if they will continue after Lent ends. They are handicapped accessible and have several designated parking spots. The whole bar was remodeled when they opened. It's comfortable and clean. If you had ever been here when it was BAM's, you will really appreciate the ladies' restroom. There is so much room and so clean. I just wanted to add a new review, 11/24. We get a lot of meals from here, which can be tasty and some a bit creative too. My only complaint would be to please cook the French Fries to be crispy. At times, they seem underdone, not cooked enough. Easy fix, I think. Thanks for checking this...

I remember when this place looked like a Bingo Hall that you might line dance the Hokey Pokey out of. It looks ABSOLUTELY AMAZING in there now. They did a great job on the remodel by putting in windows on a side wall, a back door, elevator and they even gutted and re-modeled bathrooms with all new tile. The food is average and cheap with a small menu. This is not the place to come for food 1st. You come here for drinks and food 2nd. They have keno and some pool tables. Upstairs patio is basic but not dirty like many bars and serves it purpose.I would come back and would recommend to local Parma people that don't want to deal with the "Parma Tavern crowd" and want to "medium relax" in a place with a good vibe and energy. Ordered the daily special beef stroganoff dinner for carry out. Only got 7 or 8 little pieces of beef mixed in with a gigantic mound of noodles. Ended up eating about 20 extra mouthfuls of noodles with no beef. It was also a very basic recipe with not much flavor. Stouffer's $3.49 beef stroganoff has more beef and more flavor to be honest.
