Zig’s Pub & Grill — Restaurant in Parma

I won't normally give out bad reviews to places I eat at, but let me list you the reasons why I won't be going to Zig's Pub & Grill anymore.

Their craft beer selection consisted of GLBC Dortmunder Gold, and Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. The rest were adjunct lagers. The food selection was good, but ordering a burger took about 30 minutes to cook when the place only had 5 customers there, and that counts my friend and I. They had many TVs around the bar area when you first walk in, and one of them was the Discovery channel. The whole time my friend and I were eating the show had people frying up maggots and other disgusting things. One of the other guys at the bar was intently watching it so I didn't want to ask the bartender to change the channel. I have a strong stomach but I could definitely see someone else getting sick if they saw that while eating. The food itself was very dry and bland. My fries were very hot, but the burger was lukewarm.

All in all, you should avoid that place. I can't think of any redeeming qualities that Zig's has. If you want a better burger for cheaper, there's a Sonic and Burger King right by it. I'm not saying Sonic and BK have good burgers, they just have BETTER...

Had a horrible experience here with a server/bar tender on Thursday, 3/26/21. I had gone the night before and I had a good experience, so I invited some other friends up there to meet me again. The sever was the rudest person to deal with. She was short tempered, rolled her eyes, and would throw her hands up while you were talking. She didn’t wear her mask properly and touched her face multiple times. She forgot items and made excuses. When asked about draft beer, she said “I have eight, should I just pick one.” Another table of people sat down for over 15 minutes and walked out without being acknowledged.

I will not leave a one star review because I had good experiences in the past with the owner, Tiffany. She was even delivering food to people’s houses during the pandemic! But, the way her staff member was acting needs to be addressed.

I will happily update this review if given a reason to, but after this experience it will be a while before this place gets another chance. In the mean time, I will be checking out the local...

Well stopped in here for lunch for the first time at noon. Very clean and service was fast. I noticed sitting at the bar Not one person was eating and it was as quiet as a library. I later found out why. Ordered fish and chips and all was burnt except a few fries. Server was nice and took everything off the bill except my time.Tea was also bad. It appears to be a senior/retiree hang out spot during the day. Sever knew everyone by name. Not very diverse considering the amount of businesses in the area competing for lunch business. Not sure I will be back. I only get 30 mins for lunch and being hungry is not a good...
