Shuttlers Uniform INC — Local services in Parma

I went to have a shirt embroidered with my name and a Sheriffs office star. I also went to look at uniform shirts. I one i was specifically looking for (5.11 Stryker) I was told they do not have in stock.

I placed an order for the shirt. I was told it would take 10 days including putting the patches on. At 10 days I was notified my embroidered shirt was done but the shirt I ordered was on back order.

I went in to pick up my embroidered shirt that was ready. While there I found the shirt I was told was on back order. I also located a few others I wanted to purchase.

I explained to an employee I found the same shirt in stock and wanted to cancel the one on order. I was told I would pay a 20% re stocking fee to cancel the order. Despite explaining I just wanted the shirt in stock that was the exact same on order, I was told I would still pay a 20% re stocking fee.

I put all the other shirts I wanted to purchase back and just ordered from 5.11 directly.

To top it off once I got home, I noticed my shirt said Sheriff’s Department not Sheriff’s Office.

Purchased a Vest Carrier for my job, which is required; On Nov.22nd. It did not fit to specification, so I returned it on the 24th and asked to see if they could order me a size taller. They said it was fine and ordered me one, saying it would take a max of 2 weeks. It is now Dec.7th, And no call back. Upon calling to see where my order is, they said it won't be in till next week.. My brother ordered one on the 29th, same size same color same manufacturer; through the manufacturer's website, and received it Yesterday Dec. 6th... I am starting to think that they are disorganized, and uncaring. Deffinetly unapologetic to their own mess-ups. I've purchased plenty of times at this location. It is only worth shopping here to purchase off of the shelf. Do not order products through them unless they're custom made, as they are only the Middle-man. Do not go here. Had to use my voucher specifically at Shuttler’s, it took them 2 and a half months to get my shirts. Everytime I called and asked they said my shirts were back ordered and it would be about 10 days before they got here. So 10 days turned in to 10 weeks. Not to mention when they told me they would call when the shirts got in guess what..they never called. I randomly stopped in just to see and thankfully they were ready. It’s good my next uniform allowance won’t be a voucher to shuttlers cause I wouldn’t even accept it.
