Ridge Road Tavern — Restaurant in Parma

This is my first time at this place. I happened upon it when I came down to do laundry at the laundromat next door. I was feeling hungry and smelled a grill coming from somewhere I just happen to go outside and there it was next door so I went inside. The place is very clean and modern and the staff are very nice, especially the bartender. She recommended that I ordered the regular gyro to start. While I waited I had a beer which was ice cold and crisp.we chatted for a bit while my gyro was prepared. Gyro was right off the spit and the toppings were fresh. The tzatziki sauce was just right. I normally don't eat sliced tomatoes from any restaurant but they were crispy and the onions were crunchy and cold. I will definitely be back, it was a nice touch to a very hectic afternoon of errands. Thank you all for showing me such great hospitality! Just left this hole. Been a regular 2-3 times a week for nearly 6 months. Lately days I go kitchen closed, ok I understand hiring people tough right now I get it. But just went in there sat at the bar for 25 minutes the owner and bartender both saw me acknowledged me and I never got service. Literally there were people there that appeared to be customers drinking and having a good time that just got up from their bar seats went behind the bar and made their own drinks they could have been employees but they definitely weren't working. 09/05/2025 One again great bartender. I never have problems when the younger bartenders are here. I'm happy I came back and was charged the accurate amount for the house salad !! The older lady kept trying to charge me $11.00 for this salad even though that was never the price and still isn't. Happy...
