Marino's Pizzeria & Restaurant — Restaurant in Parsippany-Troy Hills

My mom is in town at a hotel near by and she ordered pizza from here. They asked for her room number and she told them what hotel she was at. She was waiting and found out that the pizza had been left at the front desk (she is handicapped and can not walk there herself). They did not tell the front desk who’s pizza it was or what room number. When I called they said it wouldn’t happen again. Exactly... because I’ll never order from them again. And they used the no contact delivery as an excuse but they had to come in contact with the front desk when they could’ve just left it at the hotel room door as she had already tipped them $10! And the pizza sucked. Liter was hot. Moz sticks are better at Trader Joe’s. It’s a no for me. And check our all of their other bad reviews with the I’m sorry it won’t happen again from the owner... don’t...

Everything was good intill the driver made food taste horrible with him demanding a tip. He wouldn't leave from door after I shut door on him. I am sure food would of been good if it wasn't hour late and wasn't cold. My roommate got to eat cold food. My sub was slightly warm. We order food 6:34pm. Got food 7:30 something. It is shame one employee ruining the restaurant. Will not be eatting here or ordering take out because of their driver. Will be looking for another Italian restaurant in Parsippany.

Update on review I have called store asking management to call after receiving food. No call from management. The girl on phone taking orders was understanding and nice. Never will I order from here even...

Do not order from here!!! First of all the food is frozen stuff even the chicken is a frozen patty and the sauce is disgusting! They also have those frozen crinkle cut fries. When they failed to add cheese to them and I called expecting them to send another order she said I was charged 50c for the cheese and "so what do you want your 50c back?" I ordered a sausage and peppers dish that was suppose to be served over potatoes and come with a Side of pasta. It came as sausage and peppers over the pasta! Not horrible but not what I ordered!!! The burger my friend ordered she ordered medium ... It was well done and dried out like a hockey puck!!! EVERYTHING was gross except my sausage dish which wasn't...
