This is the first time I have left a review for a restaurant, but I felt this needed to be shared. To see if Dunkin donut's upper management cares about improving this store, because obviously the managers here have not. Everytime we've went to this Dunkin donuts we've sensed tension with the employees, the service has been adequate at best. You are always made to feel if you order 1 more item you'll have something thrown your way or get yelled at. But lately we have noticed a further decline in food and customer service. Today we purchased breakfast sandwiches and some donuts, and usually their donuts have been good. This is what they are now thinking is acceptable in donut filling, a finger nail size amount or a smear. All of the donuts were the same, we cut the rest with a knife and sure enough they had just a smear, so this wasn't just a random event, it was intentional. We didn't even eat them because it was all dough. We tried calling and they don't even answer the phone. I don't know why Dunkin donuts has allowed this poor service to continue. I might not be surprised if this would occur in a independent random restaurant, but an establishment with a good reputation that has been around for years like Dunkin, is so disappointing that this would be allowed...
Read moreWhile don't suggest the donuts here by any means, many of the food items on their menu (mostly breakfast) are cheap and just as good as any other fast food establishment. I mainly come here for either their ice tea or ice coffee as no other place I have been to can beat the taste for the price. The 2 biggest complaints I have for this place is their donuts are terrible (dunkin in general) and depending on who makes your coffee you can end up receiving something that doesn't taste like you expect (this may happen 1 out of 4 times I visit).
Edit: I dropped the stars from 4 to 1, because the staff's lack of getting my order right about 75%. Unfortunately I am not able to drink milk, and caffeine gives me migraines, but I still love the taste of coffee. Therefore when I order my drink I simply ask for a "Carmel Macciato with decaf coffee and almond milk instead of regular milk". About 75% of the time they either put regular coffee(non-decaf) or regular milk. I honestly don't know what is so hard about this. I am usually not picky about food or drinks when I go somewhere, but this is literally the only reason I come here. My advice is that if you want anything different with your coffee other than what's on the menu, I would highly advise against this...
Read moreStore hours say they close at 10pm, this is false. I showed up at 9:20 and they were already cleaning up and said they had no more donuts. Coincidentally enough on the day that the Tmobile promotion expires they don't have donuts and decide to close an hour early. Except its not coincidence, fast food places scam like this all the time. They will close an hour or even several hours early on day(s) of promotion or sometimes refuse to open entire locations altogether. One time there was a pizza promotion being done by Dominos where they gave away pizza thru the T-Mobile app and within 30min they had "run out of free pizzas" which is absurd you either run out of pizza completely or dont have it. Same thing is happening here, they "ran out of free donuts" which means they have more butjust dont feel like giving more away. They expect you and me to show up and get bait and switched and buy stuff anyways but this is exactly how u lose customers. Its no wonder this chain is dying, but in all honesty...
