Gladstone Donut House — Restaurant in Pasadena

Great place to get excellent donuts at a unbelievable price I might add. They are really one of the last of your neighborhood donuts shop, and I for one feel it's a dang shame I have to go all the way to Lake Ave in Pasadena, when less then 2 blocks away from my house is Eagle Rocks own donut shop. But you won't catch me there, unless I'm buying lotto tickets or cashing them in. Because I can get a half dozen fresh donuts at Gladstones, where-as here at my local your lucky if you can manage to get one donut( not always fresh) and 2 dollar scratchers, be sure I didn't say two donuts, cause for that same $8.50 you wont be getting the 2nd, and at Gladstones you'll be on your way to getting your 2nd half dozen...

Finally tried this donut place and was pleasantly surprised. The donuts were fresh and tasty, we also had a breakfast bagel with egg, cheese, and bacon... it was really good. The establishment is clean and the staff was very friendly. Parking is available in a free lot on Washington Blvd just east of Lake Ave (southeast corner). They have a couple of little booths inside, if you want to enjoy your donut right there. Also offered are various coffees and Boba, and there's a fridge with canned and bottles...

Service was friendly with a smile and the donuts are amazing.My 13 year old sons expression on his face when we entered was priceless, as we left he said we have to come back here before we leave,(we are visiting from Minnesota) the donuts were light and airy, we got there at 11:am and the donuts tasted like they were made 10 minutes before we got there.We plan to visit again to try another one of there donuts they had so many to choose from wish we had more time to try them all.
