Llego el Sabor — Restaurant in Pasadena

The lowest quality restaurant out there. The first time I came, there was a fly on our chips. They don’t give you chips unless you ask for them, the waitress forgot to give us our drinks when literally the restaurant was empty so she wasn’t busy with attending anyone else. Both times I’ve been to this place they got my friend’s order wrong. The owner of this restaurant even tried arguing with us after 15 minutes of trying to ask for the check but the young waitress was nowhere in sight and the owner was on her phone and was too old to hear us calling to get rung up already since the food and service were terrible so we wanted to go eat elsewhere. Terrible experience! We visited this restaurant before and the food was good, the young server girl gave us the a terrible attitude and we thought she had a bad day and decided to go back again. We arrived at the restaurant around 8:45am, our big mistake was to ask if they were open, the same girl from last time, rolled her eyes and open her hands saying “don’t you see” and ok, I get it, it’s hard to find good employees nowadays and you have to appreciate the ones that show up, but people like this girl can ruin...

I 100% agree with all the bad comments here. I been to this place plenty of time because I work around the corner and I don’t have many options to eat during lunch. Not once I have been treated nice. The young waitress is so rude to customers. They take 30 minutes just to bring you a glass of water. The food takes an hour to be served even when the restaurant is empty. They bring out the tortillas when you are literally finishing up your food. The service is just...
