Starbucks on Lake and California. When you pay almost $6 for a tall latte and get a cup of milk have them remake it and the barista says they will add 2 shots of coffee for me but then gives me another cup of milk!!! Absolutely terrible. You can tell by the color also!! Terrible customer service!!! Never going to this one again, used to be good… I get a response from the Owner of the store and they send me a link to do a customer service review on top of what I just said here. I put it here for the public to see not Starbucks Corporate, if you want to know how to give good customer service then put yourself in the customers shoes! You really think the customer wants to go through this non sense twice or multiple times… NO. You ask them back to your store to fix what you can and improve the relationship not have them fill out a form or take time out of there day to write a review and also have them pay for it. All I wanted was my 2 Latte’s to have coffee in it!!...

Ive stained many pants while driving because of it leaking from UNDER the lid, both plastic and the new papaer ines. As for the new paper lids, they are horrible, they smell like waxed paper and it changes the taste of...

On a hot day, our little dog pulled us inside for a quick break and a pup cup.. something Starbucks is usually known to happily provide. We weren’t in the mood for coffee, just wanted a small treat for our dog.

Absolutely rude, condescending, and totally unnecessary. A little kindness goes a long way, especially toward pet owners who are regular customers elsewhere....
