I usually leave really good reviews because I love receiving great service.. I absolutely don't understand how we can spend $300 a month on Starbucks and can be spoken down to. I go to Starbucks daily and spend about $10 a day. Ive been doing this for years. Its expensive but helps me though my day. I usually get a cake pop and refresher around lunch. I've been going to this location for a couple months and it's been good for the most part. Sometimes they forget my drink is on the side where they have pick up orders while I wait and it just sits there - I just let it slide because they're busy and once again I try not to nit pick. I've had great interactions with the staff actually until today-Joshua at 5:20pm on 11/1 helped us in the drive through. Our app says 3-7 mins for just my refresher to be ready. I already got my lunch one earlier but decided to get a second one before an appointment. We got there soon after we ordered and we told Joshua my boyfriend's name for pick up was "Alex" - He sounded frustrated and bothered. He said that we need to wait five minutes next time because we ordered 90 seconds ago and this was a big order. He kept reprimanding us. My boyfriend let him know we understood but asked about what big order since we just ordered a drink. (I don't even get lemonade in my refresher just the water and juice. ) Joshua asked if it's Alex or Alexis which we then said Alex. He then said - oh still, you need to give us five minutes next time. We said okay then went up to the drive through window. We were told immediately to pull up to a parking spot so we are out of the drive through. We said okay. There was no one in the drive through line and only one customer at the walk up window. We didn't see any other customers in their cars. Anyways- we can see through the window of the Starbucks kitchen and it looked like they made our drink but were stalling to give it to us like to teach us a lesson? Okay.. so Joshua comes out. We confirm that it was him that spoke to us and he said it was. We told him that the way we were spoke to was harsh, we are regular customers and it could have been said differently. I told him that I come everyday through the walk up window and haven't experienced this. He mentioned the drive through is different and they have 20 orders ahead of us.. He said that he had to push ours to the front of the line like he was doing us a favor. What was confusing - there was no one waiting in the parking lot and our app said it could be ready in as little as 3 minutes. He said that he gets in trouble if we are in the drive through too long.. long story short, seems like he kept trying to add more excuses and mentioned a refund. We haven't got the refund but we will definitely be able to save by not coming back here. If the manager would like our account info to see how much we've spent to validate this information then they can definitely reach out. I will miss my daily treat but there's so many other coffee shops in the neighborhood that will love...

And it wasn't too strong , so went back and got extra shot of espresso , it was very little bit of espresso for a 1.00 !!! Hardly anything at all !!?? I decided just order , a brand new drink ( when really if ur not ) satisfied w your drink , they will make a new one , free of charge. But she didn't say she would ( i said i would just pay ) but honestly , afterwards, i thought , i shouldn't of had too !! Then she brings me a tall , large drink with it filled up , barely halfway ?? She said , thats how its made or how it will come out if no ice is used , ( that to me is the craziest thing ) i have heard !!! i said, i paid 6.25 for a large drink , so yes , i want a large ( and no i wasn't rude ) but annoyed. If a customer is not satisfied , with the drink , then a 2nd one is free of charge. I spent like 13.00 , and didn't like either one. There was a guy , who worked there last year , who did make it very good ( i told her an African american young guy ) but now that i think of it , mayb i am thinking of an asian guy. He went on to explain that what they do serve is a Honey Citrus Mint Tea, which is essentially the "Medicine Ball".
