I visited when there were no other customers around, yet the cashier was rude and distracted, busy on her phone. They gave me a device that vibrates when the food is ready. I ended up waiting 30 minutes for half a mixto con pollo, which seemed like an excessive wait time given the lack of other customers. Talking about a frugal meal! I order the 2piece chicken meal, Arroz y frijoles... $5. In the evening, I enjoy sitting out front & having dinner. No clean up at home. 😊 I have gotten to know the guy & he shares many wonderful stories about his childhood & hometown. What can I say...I love getting to know people. 😊 Good place to order. Lost power in my house and no one was opened because of the storm for the exception of Regio Rey! Ordered the 1X Mixta plate and I got home ready to eat with the candles on Iwas not disappointed! The plate must of had at least 5-8 lbs of meat. So much so that I took the left overs to work the following day and 2 of my coworkers and myself finished it off with some tortillas n drinks!
