Paradise Deli & Grill — Restaurant in Pascagoula

While the food was good the service was horrible. I just spend at least 10 minutes in line waiting to pay and get my order. They had 3 cashiers, well today they had the 3 cashiers, but one of them tells me that only one person is taking call-in orders. The cashier taking the call-in orders is business with a customer who has multiple orders and there seem to be some confusion. Well, the other cashier who is right on side of the call-in cashier begins stocking chips instead of at least offering the other cashier of customers some help. There was two women in front of me during this who appeared to have been waiting longer than I. Well, one of the ladies looked at me and said this is ridiculous and I agreed and said yes this is ridiculous. Finally the call-in cashier tells the women in front of me to come on while the young man she was helping stepped aside. She completes their transaction and whispers "sorry about that". So then she precedes to completes my transaction while never looking at me or addressing me. She never even apologized to me. I have ate at this restaurant many times and have never been inconvenienced like this. This will be the last time I give them my service since it is obvious that it is not...

Where have you been?! I have been here three months and have eaten all over from Gulfport to Pascagoula. I have finally found the best burger on the coast!!!! It was a thick burger, cooked to perfection, juicy, crisp bacon, and a grilled bun. OMG!! The ham and cheese (provolone) was stacked thick with meat and grilled beautifully. This could be an awesome location if it could just do better business! I ordered the paradise Club and what I got was a grilled ham turkey and cheese that was very greasy on top of a garnish of greasy lettuce and a pickle with a side of their Paradise sauce and some ketchup and mustard. Now I don't know where they learned how to make a club sandwich but apparently it was the a different place than any other restaurant!
