Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Pascagoula

I don’t have any idea and will understand why they put the most miserable, unfriendly people possible, at the register,

I arrived, waited patiently for him (guy in pink cane’s hoodie wearing glasses on 7-31-24 at 2:33 PM) to indicate that he was ready for me to approach and take my order.

I came up with a big friendly smile, and I said, “how are you doing today”.

Looking at the computer screen and not acknowledging what I said, he murmured something at a low volume, I said “what was that” he said, “you can order when you are ready” .

I said alright, I asked how are you? And he said “I’m working” as if that is something terrible, obviously being at work making money was a burden and unwanted from him at this time.

I get it that people have bad days, everyone does, but even if I’m having h the worst day, if it’s my professional job to serve the public I wouldn’t project that onto my customers and it ruined my experience.

It’s a shame!

Hope the boy finds peace and goes somewhere he is happy. Or appreciates what he has and knows some people would be blessed to be able to do what he is doing because work is a blessing regardless.

I woulda gave 1 star but the food...

I usually don’t complain about canes and this one at that , but I went around 6:30 pm to get some food and I wasn’t very pleased. I asked for two combo boxes one with no slaw extra fries and one with no slaw extra toast and extra tender , and both with extra sauce.For some odd reason they put the extra tender in a separate smaller box I mean that’s no biggie just odd. They didn't give me extra fries nor extra sauce which you can see I did pay for. It’s only 39 cents but I definitely had some flavorless chicken. The line was so busy I didn’t even want to bother going in and asking for sauce. My cup was also completely filled with ice which I know isn’t supposed to be slap full. When I got to the window I was there forever and the young man told me the total and was not very talkative or polite giving us the food. For someone who is a past canes worker this Canes isn’t the best. The food was excellent as well the young lady taking orders but I’m not very happy because we all know Canes is expensive and I definitely didn’t get what I payed for. I know night shift usually tends to slack the most I just wish night shift worker would work harder and put up...

I am from Louisiana, and I have always loved raising canes! For, some reason this one store I have eaten at 3 times because my husbands mother and father live not far from it, and all three times I have tried eating here, for some reason I get very sick after EVERY TIME! I don't know what's the problem or what these people are doing w the food but something is making people very sick! My husbands mother and sister told me the first time that if wAs this canes, because they get sick every time they eat here too, and I seariously thought they were crazy and it had to be something else! But today a few hours ago was my third time trying it, and once Again, my stomach is killing me, and I feel like I'm going to throw up! I am now convinced that they were right and it has to be Something about this particular store! I will never eat here again, and wouldn't recommend anyone else...
