Subway — Restaurant in Paso Robles

Food worker was taking a call, on her personally phone.. on the food line. She was wearing gloves but also touch her phone, then touching meat and everything else. Talk about cross contamination. Then proceeds to tell me she would be with me in one minute while taking her personal call right in front of me… on speaker. She was literally wiping away at her face with gloves in then proceeded to finish the sandwich....

Placed online order at 8 AM for pick up at 8:30 AM. Arrived at store at 8:40 AM and found it to be closed. Store our sign at restaurant shows they were supposed to be open at 8 AM . Employee inside was rude and unhelpful and said would not open till 9 AM, we had places to be hence the reason for doing an online order. Haven’t been able to cancel order or get a hold of anyone at corporate or...

This is the second time in the last two weeks I have visited this particular store, and both times I was disappointed with the employees service and lack of care when slapping my sandwich together. Also I witnessed the manager having a terrible attitude with me and with the person in line behind me. Maybe they should consider a different line of work if they can't have a service...
