Yo como peruano me siento muy orgulloso de saber más de lo nuestro y la señora Rosita es una embajadora de nuestra cultura ; llevo años en este medio de las artes culinarias me desempeñó como chef ; pero admiro y respeto mucho a esta señora junto con su esposo ,que cada vez , que voy con mi familia y mi esposa salimos del restaurant muy contentos y satisfechos ; el ambiente es muy cálido , familiar y terruño , con cada platillo de comida me hace volar a mi infancia y recordar mi amado Perú!
