Taqueria Los Güeros — Restaurant in Passaic

Horrible service I went in for lunch hungry and left even hungrier. I ordered shrimp tacos and they were unbearable to eat do to the spice. I explained to my waitress that they were to spicy nothing was done to accommodate me or my discomfort. I watched as my waitress went to talk with who appeared to be the owner or a manager and they completely disregarded my complaint. To the point where I felt as if I was being ignored. I just asked for my bill at that point. I feel as if that should be something explained on the menu because not everyone can eat spices. Especially some like myself due to health issues which I explain to my waitress. The worst $30 spent ever I was so upset I could cry and just needed to get out of there. Felt so bad to feel ignored especially as a paying customer. Who only wanted to eat because I only had an 30 min lunch break and had to do another 5 hrs of work after. Placed an 4 orders of tacos by calling it in at 5:35pm thru the location at Passaic, NJ at 231 Monroe St. I was advised 1 hour wait when I called the order in. I arrived at 1 hour and 15 minutes. The location had about 15 masked customers bunched up and 2 female employees with no masks. I asked for my order and gave my name. The femail with long curly hair said I would have to wait another hour. This was ridiculous! There was 2 other females in front of me who ordered thru uber eats, one got her order at 6:55pm and her friend, did not get her order because as per the employee, her order was given to someone else and now had to wait another hour. THAT IS IRRESPONSIBLE! I DECIDED THEN AND THERE to cancel and go down the block and give my business to a better, well deserved small business. Who did the same order in 20 minutes without lies. Happy Cinco de Mayo... have your employees provide better service...

our waitress bought us out a tray with spices and limes cut up 2 of the lime pieces look like someone ate it and left the peels in the trey with the rest of the limes when i showed the waitress she seemed upset we were complaining about it and we never recieved an apology. At that point i took my family home with the rest of the food that we ordered because i no longer wanted to eat in the restaurant after what transpired when i got home we found that the cheese flautas we ordered had chicken which is mo good because were vegetarian and placed order for cheese flautas not chicken we called the restaurant the woman was rude on the phone and try to say they did not have a delivery driver (mind you i ordered on a few occasions previously)...overall if i could give this place 0 stars i would.. i would never order from them again due to the service and its ashamed because the food has a really...
