Tonite is the third time in a week my order was not correct. Tonight I got a tiny little burger instead of the double I ordered. The other day after a very long day I ordered a double with everything but onion, a double plain, and two chilies. Got a double with everything including onion and two chilies. The time before that, ordered two plain doubles, got two doubles with everything. Then there was the other time a couple days ago after another long day. Pulled up to the speaker and was told "I'll be right with you." Ten minutes later and with only two cars in line, still no one took my order, so I drove away. I think I'm done with this place finally. I used to work in fast food and getting an order correct is not that hard. All you have to do is take a little care and take a little pride in what you do. That customer who is coming off a long day and just wants a hot meal... and you ruin it for them.... just because you can't be bothered to take a moment and a little care to make sure what they wanted and paid for is what they get. Any job you do, you should take pride in doing it well. You should think enough of yourself and take pride in what you do. And stop ruining other people's days when all they want is a good hot meal for themselves or their families. In other words, think about someone besides yourselves and care enough about the customers of the company that pays you to work for them to do your job well. Oh, and by the way, folks in Pataskala have caught onto your crew leaving the lights off or giving the old "our card reader doesn't work" story so you don't...
Read moreI would give it 0 stars if I could. We ordered an online mobile order and there was a sign saying the dining room wasn't open so we went through the drive thru. Then after waiting 5 minutes to get to the speaker, they told us to come inside. When we came inside we waited 40 minutes for them to even ask what the name of our mobile order was. Then they got the wrong order name and tried to give us another order. After we told them our order they took another 15-20 minutes to make it. When we got to our house they made our order completely wrong. They didn't give us half our food and what they gave us wasn't made right. Do not recommend eating here. The staff in the kitchen we're on their phones the whole time we were in there and the manager didn't say anything to them. They weren't even paying attention to our orders and a few workers didn't do anything but stand there. Horrible service and horrible food. Never going there again. The manager was some older lady, and wasn't even managing like she should've. I went here on Saturday February 19th, at 12:40. The kid cooking the burgers was on the phone and the kid not doing his job had dark hair and was young. There needs to be something done about this. Didn't even eat...
Read moreThe staff is very friendly however there was a "Black shirt" manager or team lead of some sort that was very disappointing. She was a thin, tall young lady with very long hair. I ordered a spicy chicken combo, which I do at least 4 times a week. I asked for it to be fresh out of the fryer with extra tomato and mayonnaise and add onion. I received my order from this young lady I mentioned earlier approximately 3 mins after placing my order which I found off considering it takes 6 mins to cook chicken. After receiving my order, I politely asked the young lady if it was indeed fresh out of the fryer and she proceeded to look me in the eyes and tell me a big fat lie!!! As I mentioned before, I order the same thing about 4 times a week and believe me, you can tell the difference in whether it's fresh or has been sitting inside of a phu "product holding unit" pan. The 1 big disappointment here is not just being lied to but being lied to by a team leader/manager who is support to be leading by example and taking some DAMN pride in their work. Maybe Wendy's should concentrate on having area/territorial mangers or whatever title they use follow up with team leaders to provide the one thing customer desire the most,...
