Arturo's Pizzeria & Restaurant — Restaurant in Paterson

I never want to order from here again. I called them they told me to hold on then they hangs up the phone on me. I called again and they had me on hold for a long period of time. I finally got to order I order 2 things and the price was over $30 then they told me they don't take credit cards. On top of that I order a extra cheese and when I receive it it looked like a regular pizza with not extra cheese and it taste like it was reheated food and my Alfredo had no type of sauce and didn't take like Alfredo at all it just tasted lime pasta with water. I called them about it and was told he made the pizza himself and then he hangs up the phone on me when I was talking nice to him. And he didn't try to fix the problem at all. Now I need to make myself eat this food so I won't waste money. This place will never get...

Don’t get me wrong the food is really good here, the only problem is the service. Time and time again they mess my order or forget something on me order. This time they did it!! I don’t usually do reviews but they did it to me this time. I order and entree and got a pizza instead! I order it to bring with me to work I call the app that I order on and explain it to them. The response was that the restaurant claim they couldn’t do anything because I kept the order. First and foremost, I am not the one that mess up the order they did and why should I wait another 30-49 min when I clearly stated I have to go to work!! If they do forget something off your menu they do not even credit you back. I order 2 weekend ago and it was the driver who told me about my messing soda after I pay the price! Over this...

I ordered a Jumbo meat lover's pizza and got only 2 toppings sausage and pepperoni on each slice. When I think of meat lover's pizza, is supposed to come with more then the 2 toppings. And they put about 2 pepperoni n sausage pieces on each slice. The first and last time ordering from this place. I'm going to tell all my friends and my Facebook friends and Instagram friends not to eat there and to spread the word!!! Pleaae ppl stay away from this place. The pizza taste wasn't even good too!!
