Let me tell you, Island Flava in Paterson, NJ, is absolutely incredible! From the moment I stepped in, I knew I was in for something special. The curried goat was, without a doubt, the best I have ever had in my life. The flavor was so rich and perfectly balanced, and the meat was so tender, it practically fell off the bone. I was so blown away by how good it was that I had to sit down and take the time to write this review. That's how amazing it is!

And then, there’s the manish water. It truly took me back to Jamaica. The taste of real ram goat in the soup was so authentic—it felt like I was sitting at a fire side in my hometown in Christiana, Manchester. The flavors were spot on, and every sip just felt like comfort in a bowl. I can't even explain it, but it was so good that I didn’t want it to end.

Oh, and the oxtail, It tun up! You can tell they know exactly how to season and cook it. The meat was tender, juicy, and the seasoning was just perfect. Every bite was packed with flavor, and I couldn’t stop eating it!

I seriously can’t wait to go back and try the jerk pork next time. If it’s anything like the other dishes, I know I’ll be hooked for life.
