Do you know what Lezzet means? In Turkish it means experiencing the utmost pleasure, in life and particularly in taste and food ... and I can assure you the food is delightfully out of this world, AND ... more so is the owner lady who takes care of you like family ... an experience I have missed for ages ... there are daily dishes, homemade and for the family, and then kebabs ... I love daily dishes that are family homemade ... we had a vegetarian friend with us and she always has a vegetarian dish in addition to traditional Turkish meat dishes. I recommend ordering a daily dish, if she has the fish, it's out of this world, and a Kebab, Adana, my preference ... but I go there for nothing else but the Turkish coffee and the Turkish homemade desserts , especially if you are ever so lucky, and she has baked Shekar Pareh, her grand daughter's favorite, consider yourself luckiest grandchild ever ... have it with Turkish coffee and you can imagine being in Turkey, guest of a kind, caring, and talented Turkish grandma cook ... every time I miss my granma, Lezzet, 925 MAin St Paterson, is my place to feel at my granma's home ... enjoy the best. ( It's a small place with a few tables of not more than four, I'm sure she will accommodate you if you have more and...

Chicken and noodle soup was hearty and called for on the snow day I was there.
Baklava with pistachios and ice cream was delicate, flaky and was drenched in...

The prices may be a little bit higher than I expected but they were certainly within reason for home cooking. Taking into account the astronomical increases in pricing at most restaurants, this place is a good option for...
