Came here with my family on Saturday 9th, 2022. We are regular customers that have came here since 2015 and unfortunately we will not return here anymore. Their food was excellent and top notch back then but this time it was not at all what we remembered it. The waiter has little to no knowledge of how to communicate to the kitchen staff, has no knowledge of the menu, and on top of that, his facial expression showed no life to any customers while we were dining in. The hummus tasted great but it was swimming in excess olive oil. The tabouleh salad was not fresh at all since the onions and tomatoes were getting bad; the romaine lettuce has lots of black and brown spots on them. We asked for fresh lettuce and it was then, edible. We ordered two fattoush salads and that never came out despite we asked for one, then changed it to two 20 minutes later. Then we canceled it after eating the tabouleh salad since we could tell that it would be sub-par and not up to standards. Then the entrees came and I’ll have to admit, the rice was good in my opinion and the kafta kabob was delicious, even if it’s extremely juicy inside, that was perhaps the highlight of the entire dining in experience. The half cooked fries were inedible and that came out separately with the entree that came out, we asked for it to be recooked or make a new one and that never came out so we canceled that too. The final last straw was the whole ENTIRE chicken that looked very appetizing but it was a the complete opposite. The chicken was burnt on its sides; not even charred properly. It was also marinated with whatever it was on top of it AFTER it was cooked, probably to give it a nice gloss after it was burnt and it was also dry. At that point I couldn’t take it anymore so I then went to the bathroom upstairs after having a stomachache and then had diarrhea. For the 15 minutes I was in the bathroom, there was no AC, no dehumidifier unit or anything to compensate the arid sauna environment either on the top floor. Then the food poising came later and continued to have an upset stomach. Until then, this place will live rent free in the back of my mind of the decent memories I had with this place with my grandfather and my family, but sadly, this will be the last time I will go here.
I wholeheartedly understand that this restaurant needs staff and that there was a help wanted sign outside, but perhaps inspect the food before it goes out to the customers who have traveled 90 miles out of their comfort of their homes to try out the food they once loved. I’d recommend a running AC or dehumidifier unit in the upstairs for the bathrooms and perhaps maybe, just maybe, if everything can be done as mentioned above, I’d return back in a heartbeat. But until then, good luck...

Read moreI wanted to share my recent experience because, frankly, it was pretty disappointing.
After a long day, I placed an order at 8:28 PM for pick-up and was told by the staff that it would be ready in 15-20 minutes, meaning it should have been ready by 8:48 PM. I was in the area, but it took me about 13 minutes to find parking (it's tough around there!).
At 9:02 PM, I received a call from the staff asking if I was still coming. I confirmed that I was literally on my way. They then casually mentioned that they had given my order to someone else but assured me it would be ready by the time I arrived.
Just a minute later, at 9:03 PM, I received another call from the staff informing me that they had run out of ingredients and could no longer fulfill my order.
Honestly this entire situation could have been avoided with better communication. If my order was about to be given away, I should have been contacted earlier to confirm my arrival. Instead, I faced unnecessary stress and, ultimately, didn’t receive my food. The lack of communication and consideration in this situation is frustrating and reflects poorly on the restaurant’s customer service standards. I would have attached a photo of my order, but unfortunately, there...
