Los Monos Restaurant - formerly 3 Monkeys — Restaurant in Paterson

Went to this restaurant yesterday I wanted to use the bathroom and wash my hands in order to be able to eat but I was surprise after using the bathroom to see that there is no toilet paper no soap, no paper towel IN the bathroom!!! I had to get out the bathroom and ask the lady in the front if they at least have soap to wash my hands and she told me NO and just hand me bunch of paper towels from the cashier area. so I wonder how do they clean their hand after using the bathroom and safely prepare the food??? I had to get out the restaurant go to my car get some soap and come back to wash my hands, the lady did not look bother at all. This is a major hygiene Issue and red flag!!!! Never ever again and I mean it dis time. Long ago when they first opened I bought 2 Chicken Empanadas and 1 beef, biting into my chicken empanada was a drumstick chicken bone so I ran in same time inspector was in and got my $ back.Then the beef that my son was having was super greasy and super salty.... Placed an order for delivery dis time 2nd time ever eating from there. Took 2 hrs.They forgot the beans and the beans was actually jus bean juice. Yep not a single bean in them cups. The empanadas were veeery dry as well as the fried pork was like eating cardboard!!! Noooo flavor in those at allll whatsoever!!!

The owner was more concerned w how her hair looked rather than paying attention to my complaint.

It was almost like she could care less & it's sad bc her customers are the ppl who pay her salary!!!!!
