We ordered lunch at work a few days ago. I specifically ordered a Parihuela soup and to my surprise it came with more than I asked for because when serving there was a cockroach in it. I was so disgusted that my immediate reaction was to trow it in the trash. When I called the restaurant they didn't want to believe me. I was beyond mad at this point and the great excuse the person that spoke to me was that they fumigated a few days ago!!! Really, so you are admitting that you have a cockroach infestation and you don't clean good enough and check your pots before you cook. They wanted to bring more food to us to compensate but who in their right mine will accept food after what happened. I ordered the whole chicken pollo a la brasa with arroz chaufa. I also ordered additional sides of French fries and plantains. The whole meal was tasty and plentiful. La mesera que nos atendió nos recomendó el famoso barco de mariscos, para comensar ellos recomiendan el plato más caro pero esconden el precio, éramos 2 personas y el barco de mariscos es como para 10 personas y sobra. Pero como a ellos lo que le importa es vender y no le importa si el cliente vio el precio..cuando llegó la cuenta para mi sorpresa fue un total de $450, un 90% de comida lo tuvimos que votar, y la comida no estaba buena…todos lo que tienen pensado para allá pregunten a la mesera que lo atiende el precio en la tableta del menú las meseras van a tratar de desviar la pregunta a propósito…no le recomiendo porque ellos no le importa si el cliente quedó satisfecho en todo sino vender aunque sea una sola ves…no les importa que pierdan al cliente para siempre….
