First of all, I clarify that I love the food of this place ... but everything is accompanied by a service and attention that allows for a pleasant experience, which on this occasion was not the case. Let's start with the attention given by the waitress, terrible, did not attend to my wife and me in the most polite or professional way possible .... second, she did not write down our order and consequently our food arrived incomplete (only my wife order arrived). We informed the young man who served the dish that the order was for two people, he told us that he will tell our waitress. After 5 minutes we see no movement and I tell my wife to start without me before the food gets cold. After an additional time I call the waitress who attended our order and surprisingly she did not think there were two dishes ... ok ... she did not apologize or anything for the mistake ... My wife is already finishing her dish ... in that time it has been 20 minutes and only until that moment does my food arrive. Again, no apology for the inconvenience or delay presented by the waitress. It's ok.😒 The surprise came at the end, when requesting the account for the payment of the food .... I must clarify that in all the establishments to which I have had the opportunity to go; be of Hispanic or American food ... in all deliver the total value of the products consumed plus taxes ..... in a section of the same you describe the values that the client wants to pay as a tip according to the valuation of the service received by the waiter, be it 10%, 15% or 20%; it is never added directly to the bill ... the value to be paid is subjective and qualitative. Total error and lack of respect with the customers, because in the end, no matter how delicious the food is ... if what interests them is to get the most money possible without worrying about their customers ...they are very wrong and eventually they will...

We went for my brother in laws B-Day and it was about 16 of us. 1st of all they wouldn't allow the reservation of such a large party so when we got there the wait wasn't too bad. When we got to our table the bar tender started taking our food order (1st red flag).... Our end of the table was 1st to order and last to receive our food. Everyone was done with their meals before anyone decided to check on our table to see if everything was OK or if we needed anything else.... Once they realized we didn't get our food because they never places the order, the food came out. My ceviche was so small and I was still starving after but I didn't want to wait another 3 hrs for more food. The car service was horrible. I ended up bringing my own drink to serve myself because they were that slow. Horrible horrible and I would recommend this place to no one!! The worst...
Read morePrimero que todo aclaro que me encanta la comida de este lugar...pero todo va acompañado de un servicio y de una atención que permita tener una experiencia agradable, lo cual en esta ocasión no fue el caso. Empecemos por la atención prestada por la camarera, terrible, no atendio a mi señora y a mi de la manera mas cortés o profesional posible....segundo, no anoto nuestra orden y por consiguiente nuestra comida llego incompleta (solo llego la orden de mi esposa). Le informamos al joven que sirvio el plato que la orden era para dos personas, el cual extrañado nos dijo que ya la corregia. Pasados 5 minutos no vemos movimiento alguno y le digo a mi señora que inicie sin mi antes que la comida se enfrie. Luego de un tiempo adicional llamo a la camarera que atendio nuestra orden y sorpresivamente no creia que eran dos platos...ok....no presento disculpas ni nada por el error...se limito a decir que ya lo ordenaba. Ya mi esposa esta terminando su plato...en eso han transcurrido hasta 20 minutos y solo hasta ese instante llega mi comida. Nuevamente, ninguna disculpa por la incomodidad o demora presentada por parte de la camarera. It's ok.😒 La sorpresa vino al final, al solicitar la cuenta para el pago de los alimentos....debo aclarar que en todos los establecimientos a los que he tenido la oportunidad de ir; sean de comida hispana o americana...en todos entregan el valor total de los productos consumidos mas taxes.....en un apartado de la misma te reseñan los valores que desea el cliente pagar de retribución como propina segun la valoracion del servicio recibido por parte del camarero (a), sea 10%, 15% o 20%; nunca es añadido de manera directa en el bill...el valor a pagar es subjetivo y cualitativo. Bueno...este establecimiento lo agrego de manera directa a mi bill y ademas lo hizo ppr el monto máximo del 20%.¡SERIOUSLY!!!. En realidad piensa el personal de este establecimiento o el manager que por el hecho de tomar una orden sin tener el menor cuidado en preocuparse en que los clientes durante su estancia se sientan comodos o realmente atendidos y que sus alimentos lleguen completos y a tiempo les da el derecho de cobrar de manera directa el valor del TIP y ademas definir ellos la cantidad (que es opcional y voluntaria) que se debe cobrar por la calidad del servicio...cuando esto se hace al reves, ES EL CLIENTE quien valora el servicio que se le presta señores y nosotros evaluamos si se hacen merecedor de un 10 , 15 o 20% no ustedes.
