I’m very disappointed with the service. If you can’t make an order properly or don’t have the ingredients, just say so it’s understandable. However, accepting a biryani order and serving rice mixed with old beef curry is unacceptable. When I called to clarify, I was given excuses, claiming it was “Indian biryani,” as if I wouldn’t know the difference. Mistakes happen, but making excuses instead of owning up to them only worsens the situation.
