McDonald's — Restaurant in Paterson

Placed a mobile order tonight. Tried to add 2 apple pies to my 20 peice nugget in the drive thru line, they told me i had to order at the window. So I did just that. However at the window they told me sorry but you need to get back in line to add something..... I was annoyed at this point. And explained that the person over the drive thru told me to come to the window and add it on. (They also did not include the sauces that I requested in my mobile order) The ladies at the window proceeded to RUDELY respond that " it is not our fault what the drive they does or messes up" so I say ok. And get back in THE LONG LINEEEEE. Of cars to RE ORDER . AND ONCE I FINALLY approach the drive thru again I say hey, you told me to go to the window, And the window says it's not their problem??? I asked what is going on???? Once again I was met with an ATTITUDE. and they proceeded to take my money and move me forward. I then specifically made it a point to say. " I am leaving you guys a bad review because of this" to which they responded "that's ok"!! No problem??? I don't know what kind of "establishment" McDonald's is trying to run on crooks Ave, but they need to CLEAN HOUSE. And re hire the FULL staff..... I won't be coming back to this location... I will be going to a franchise further away from now on. Shame on the employees and management at crooks Ave!! If you guys don't want to do your jobs correctly then just quit and make room for...

This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. All of the workers were nasty and rude, so unprofessional. The rudest of all was the short Hispanic lady working the drive-through and the tall white Hispanic manager. They were talking about us behind our backs in Spanish; thank God my friend spoke Spanish and understood what they were saying. I don’t feel comfortable sharing what they said on the internet as it’s inappropriate, but that should tell you enough. I almost forgot the black cashier that was giving us the nastiest look known to man and refusing to talk to us when we asked how much longer for our order. The staff at this establishment need some serious customer service training, and dare I say, some are beyond saving and need to be fired. I’m going to report this establishment to corporate, and you should too. Go to Chick-fil-A and they will show you amazing customer service and no sass and attitude like the workers of this McDonald’s. Seriously, this establishment needs new workers and managers....

I recently had a meal at McDonald's, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with my dining experience. The service was quick and friendly, and my food was hot and fresh. I ordered the classic Big Mac meal, and it was just as delicious as I remembered.
