Sui Min — Restaurant in Paterson

So I've ordered from this place a couple of times going in and just bringing the food home. I've also order delivery to my husband's jobs a couple of times without any issues. The food was delivered within the time frame I was told. Today I decided at 4:30 hey I'm going to order food for delivery well that was a big mistake. 5 o'clock still no food I was told 20 to 30 minutes. Called them at 5 15 becsuse still no food I was told to give the driver a couple minutes he'll be right there. At 5:30 still no food so I called and I told them listen I don't care where your driver is, at this point I don't want the food I want a refund because I paid with my card. They had me on hold for another 7 minutes to wait for the manager. Manager said that the process a refund when I asked for a confirmation number she couldn't give me one at this point I'm irritated. At 5:48 I get a phone call from the delivery driver that he's downstairs. Literally that is a whole hour and 15 minutes after I ordered. I’ve been ordering from SUI MIN II for years. It’s always been my favorite. I mostly order for delivery. Lately for the past few months I’ve noticed the food is not the same. My favorite dish, which was the boneless rib tips with pork fried rice smelled funny & tasted weird. I’ve ordered different dishes after because I’ve eaten there often in the past years & even their French fries aren’t the same. I did try to order my favorite dish one more time after that & it still tasted as bad. Sometimes their chicken wings aren’t really cooked all the way either. Very weird people. Got call from a guy attacking me saying the food is ready for half an hour and I have to pick it up! I told them I never called to order and the guy is yelling at me on the phone saying I did and I left my number, so I hung up. Then I get a call later saying the person ended up picking the food and the want to give me a free meal and I said no thanks, and he’s like we are the best Chinese restaurant in America, after I told him 3 times I’m not interested in their free meal.
