McDonald's — Restaurant in Patterson

I wish I could give zero stars. I understand that reviewing a large chain like McDonald’s might not make much of a difference, but I’m really hoping the District Manager takes a close look at this location and addresses the issues with both the management and employees.

This is the only McDonald’s in town, and unfortunately, it’s consistently disappointing. I’ve visited several times, thinking maybe it was just a bad day, but it never gets better. The employees are unfriendly, slow to get orders out, and seem to lack basic customer service skills. Instead of fixing their mistakes, they put the blame on customers, which is completely unacceptable.

The problem isn’t just with one or two people — it’s the majority of the staff. Their behavior shows a complete lack of respect for customers. I’ve even witnessed them talk down to an elderly woman, which was upsetting to see.

The restaurant itself is also in bad shape. The lobby is dirty, with sticky floors and tables that are rarely wiped down. It’s obvious that cleanliness isn’t a priority here.

They also need to figure out how to handle online orders because the process is a total mess. Orders are constantly delayed or wrong, and it seems like nobody is properly trained to handle them.

I’m not trying to disrespect fast food workers, but the attitudes at this location are terrible, and it’s clear that management isn’t doing their job. Something needs to change. Until then, I wouldn’t recommend stopping at...

Unfortunately McDonald's has really gone downhill over the last 20 years especially the last 10 years getting slow still can't get the orders right I ordered a double hamburger with extra onion that's it I get to Burger that's it just a burger but with the bun and Stuff worst part is I know how long it takes to cook one of them hamburgers I used to work at McDonald's it took 38 seconds to actually cook a hundred hamburgers No Lie so now I just can't seem to understand why is it take 10 minutes to cook one hamburger well put it together cuz it's already cooked McDonald's sucks and I'm getting tired of it. I write three times I've been here so far and each time they have got my order wrong each time unbelievable........ Okay I'm updating this review had to give him this place hack all week there was a couple struggles but they made it right immediately and today I came in for a small mocha frappe actually got it in before I got my change back at the register perfect my rating for this is establishment there's now a 5-star and I would give him a six star if there was one not saying this but all McDonald's but this one particularly and me and my orders accordingly after having a couple of issues but they are on point since this past week good job McDonald's...

They call it a drive-thru, not a walkthrough. Placed order was read back to us , it was a signature meal a chicken sandwich mael with a shake instead of a soft drink requested fresh french fries. Got order missing one order of fries, the one order we did get wher not fresh so asked for missing fries they hadn't dropped people behind us wasn't fair to make them wait so i offered to wait at the curbside service the girl said yes so I waited and waited and waited cars came and went so I finally walked over near drive-thru window and ask the girl what about my Fry's she responded can you walk up to the window so I can give it to you we're not allowed to go out there after she had said it was fine for me to wait didn't have any napkins and to make things worse after Fine Again the fries went home look at my order and it was wrong so I called in the other person on the phone would say well we can give you another meal tomorrow just come by, so I gave her my name, said I would be there but I'm not going back this is not the first time your customer service has been horrible there are a few good workers there but you have to be lucky to get...
