Red Lobster — Restaurant in Patton Township

I cannot say enough great things about this specific Red Lobster! They were ecstatic that my summer group camp wanted to come there for a dining experience. We had 40 kids and 9 adults plus our bus drivers go over there. We were expecting to only be there for and hour and a half to two hours tops but they completely blew us away with all the activities they made for the kids that we spent the whole day there! When we first got there, they gave us a kitchen tour. Then, they led us out to the dining area where they gave us complimentary lemonade with all different kinds of flavors! They had a section ready for us all to sit that included coloring pages and crayons! Their staff went to each kiddo and got their order. They were so welcoming and so kind! After they had their lunch, the kids got to pay the waiting staff and even learned about tipping their waiter! After that, they got to make cheddar bay biscuits and popcorn shrimp. They also got to learn about lobsters and even got to touch them! They then got to try the biscuits and popcorn shrimp that they made. The staff even gave the kids little good bags filled with a yummy brownie dessert, note pads, pens, lobster necklaces, and coupons!!! The service was EXCELLENT! The atmosphere was WELCOMING! The Staff were so KIND and COMPASSIONATE! We don't always get that when we got to establishments because we are such a large group.So we are so appreciative of everything they did for us! 10/10 recommend! More summer camps/schools/ect should experience this!! THANK YOU again!!! We would do this again in a heart beat! It was just about every kiddos favorite field trip...

Poor quality, over priced food + slow service despite being one of three tables in the entire building = a generous two stars.

Seriously though, I use to LOVE Red Lobster but I was greatly disappointed the last three times I went. Long story short, took about 15 minutes to have our drink order taken, and probably close to 40/45 minutes till our entree order was taken. Took super long to get our food, and it was mostly cold. I'm going to assume it was up in the window for a while and the server left it set as he did whatever else.

Husbands salad was literally inedible, soggy and way too much dressing meanwhile the chicken was burnt and made a "clunk" noise when you tapped it on the table, it was so dry. But with how long it took to get our food, we decided it was easier to just leave it than ask for a remake. Then proceeded to have issued with paying, tried to find someone to help but everyone was in the kitchen. Took nearly 30 minutes to pay with the janky table side tablets, as they lagged so bad. Wish we had brought cash. It was nearly 8 till we left, after getting there just after 5:30. If it hadn't been my birthday dinner, we probably would've walked out based purely on how long it took to even get our drinks, to be completely honest. Overall, a waste of money and even more time. Red lobster has definitely changed for the better. Never used to like coming here too risky for how expensive things are but this experience has changed that for me. We took the risk and I’m glad. Many thanks to the new CEO! We dined in. Staff were really nice and our waitress was the best! The biscuits were nice and fresh, warm and soft. The boil bags were absolutely delicious!! I got the original Cajun flavor and it was perfect was not too spicy at all but enough flavor for me! I also tried a whole 2lb lobster for the first time and it was very good. LOTS of meat! The boil bag and 2lb lobster was enough for 2people. The lobster comes with 2 sides as well. I got the hush puppies and they were really good. The Sunset Passion Colada is delicious and Purple Haze by Dre + Snoop was also really good. Loved the sparkles in it and it wasn’t too sweet and I could taste all the flavors. Also tried the Lobster Punch and it was really good more on the sweeter side. We paid $150 for everything and it was totally worth it to me.
