As parks go this one is pretty good. There's not a whole lot here but it's a nice park to walk around and much of the path is shared use so you can cycle around it if you prefer. Some good views over the rolling hills nearby, plenty of benches to sit and relax, and a generally nice place to be.
Tuesday afternoons are a good time to avoid, there's some kind of local sporting activity (maybe a school group) and it can be nigh on impossible to find a place to park.

There are a lot of large rocks and it makes enjoying the full park very difficult. There were horses out one day but the path to see the horses was made of large rocks. Terrible.
