I just called this place in search of all natural african shea butter. The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude to me. She told me she had the product. I then asked what size containers she had and how much they were. She told me $5, but didn't tell me the size. So I politely asked again and she angrily responded "I don't know!" then hung up on me. I've managed a retail store for the past 2 1/2 years so I was never rude to her and didn't deserve to be treated that way. I called her back afterwards to tell her that I was going to shop there but will not now because of her lack of professionalism, which I did in a very polite manner. She then proceeded to yell at me that she was "not rude to me" and that she was "too busy to answer my questions." She then hung up on me again.
