I visited this location's drive thru early this morning. No long line just two car customers. My order included a hot chocolate. I fortunately had put the hot chocolate in my cup holder. When I took the cap off in the holder to stir it, there was no whip cream and it was filled to the tippy top. Before I could react, the hot chocolate spilled all over my car- a puddle of hot chocolate in my cup holders, splashed on my shirt /pants ..it went everywhere. I had to pull over and use a stack of napkins to clean up this big mess, the best I could. When I got to work I opened the cup again & the liquid was still filled up super high- picture included. I have no idea why someone would do this with hot liquid as it's super dangerous. Plus I ended up throwing it away as it tasted like hot somewhat flavored water and the cup was all sticky from the liquid running down the side. I am no longer a customer & contacted the corporate office due to safety concerns. More training is needed. Stay away from this location if ordering hot beverages in...

You don't have to like me, but you need to wait on me just like any other customer. she also flirts with every man that walks in there constantly flirting with the guy at the Sandwich station. The morning crew there's constantly playing around, not taking care of customers. I am going to call and write a review every day until something is done with Stacey. She pretty much told me to call corporate pretty much saying the boss doesn't care. I'll still be here. something needs to be done about her. That's not someone you want represented Dunkin' Donuts. Read moreThey have zero accountability when making errors and tried blaming me. They also keep making the mistake of using regular iced coffee when I specifically ordered Cold Brew which is pricier. First shift doesn’t set up the second shift so those small batches of Cold Brew aren’t always available. Horrible customer service even though location is convenient. Should invest in learning how to properly prepare a beverage and remedial training in customer service skills because they’re severely lacking. Hey Dunkin, this is a MANAGEMENT problem!
