McKenzie rescued my hair! I rebooked with her on the spot! She is clearly very experienced. I came here for the first time on 11/30 for a root touch up & trim. My hair was super dry & damaged by another stylist at a different salon I had went to 6 weeks earlier. I had multiple shades of orangey brown, grown out roots, and some chunky, unbalanced highlights. We ended up going with an all-over color gloss to protect my hair and get it all one color, and cut off about an inch of length. Now my hair looks and feels absolutely amazing, it's much healthier than it's been in a while! She told me they use Kevin Murphy hair colors and recommended the Kevin Murphy HYDRATE ME hair care kit which I purchased at the salon and absolutely love. They sell a bunch of different Kevin Murphy products for different hair types. My hair is sooooo soft and shiny now and the color is just so gorgeous. I paid $189 for all over color, cut, blowdry & style, and the Kevin Murphy kit (shampoo, conditioner, and hair oil) which I think is a VERY fair price considering the quality of products they use and the experience they provide. The salon itself is beautiful! It was very clean and cozy feeling. They have a cute little nook with couches and snacks where you can sit comfortably and wait for your hair to process. They also put warm towel on your head after they wash your hair, which was a nice touch :) who doesn't love a nice warm towel? At this point I’d leave ZERO stars if it allowed it. My nephew went in for his first ever hair dye he wanted to be a nice bright blonde ya know like Slim Shady. He left distraught after realizing he had a hairstyle he wasn’t expecting. It’s gray and blotchy and there’s an orange line around his head in which he mentioned to me the stylist tried to buzz off her mistake? He is now being bullied at school people calling him grandpa and such. He is freshly 15 years old and this particular gray hairstyle has plummeted his mental health in the last 24 hours. I gave 2 star at first because they were at the very least kind, quick and prompt to respond and were willing to “fix” it otherwise I’d leave no stars just for the pain and suffering my nephew is going through now. He’s too traumatized to go back and my nephew who just started working is now out roughly $200 for this awful hair. Offering his money back or at least half of it would have been helpful. Especially since we now have to put more money into his head to fix it ourselves because he’s afraid to go back to this salon. I Love My Hair! I've always been very weary of Salons so before going for my first visit ever to one I did my due diligence and read reviews, looked at current photos and read every inch of each salons credentials! Sacarrha was my Pick, and boy am I glad! They have a very talented staff from credited schooling backgrounds like Toni & Guy and are constantly attending expo's for continuing education and staying upto date with the current trends. Naturally I was nervous going on being my first time stepping foot in a salon in 38years but my stylist Mikayla was welcoming and talked me through the process of what I want, she never once rushed me or her process and I felt at home. The salon is Georgous and very clean, and it's not just one particular stylist that's better then the rest! From what I saw and I was there for a three hour appointment due to my long thick hair..lol..the other girls turned out Beautiful hair colors, styles, and had all happy customers on their way out.
