Honey Dew Donuts — Restaurant in Pawtucket

To be honest, from past experiences, most (Other) Honey Dew Donut's suck... I generally only go for the Triple Double sandwich (if you haven't tried it, DO!) But this location!? Pure Perfection! I'm pretty sure this will be the only location I'll go to moving forward... The shop was spotless, the team all clean, well groomed, with genuine smiles on their faces. They misunderstood my order when I called in my sandwiches that usually take a little bit longer to make, but quickly and accuratly corrected it. A good recovery to a mistake is worth more to me than constant perfection... I also love that this location (unlike most) is a fully functional coffee shop; drip coffee, espresso, cold brew & Nitro brew coffees, bagels, donuts, and a full selection of sandwiches. It’s time for honeydew to revamp their store as everything seems to be dated and has a very old feel. Honeydew is a unique donut shop in complete contrast to Dunkin’ Donuts and I do like the fact that there is an alternative. Honeydew has it specialty items that you will not find at Dunkin’ Donuts. Keynote are stop being cheap and higher more employees as customers have to deal with long times. Every time I visit a store is usually one or two employees to deal with all the traffic. It makes no sense. I only had a half hour to burn. Spent 15 minutes in the store waiting while the cashier juggled between the window and the front desk with people in line waiting to be served. On 07/22/24 @ around 12:50Pm, The girl at the register didn’t have a name tag, the Service is horrible, the store is not welcoming. My family and I are out of state stopped to eat, She stated there’s no public restroom (also no sign written on the doors) While leaving another Customer walk in, I can see the customer went in the back to use the restroom, the girl stated the restroom are for LOYAL CUSTOMERS ONLY.
