I was offered a promotion on the Samsung Note 9, buy one get one free. I accepted the deal, but the dishonest salesperson put the deal through my account as a purchase of 2 Note 9's that cost a $1000 a piece. Luckily I decided to look at a bill summary before the 14 day return policy was over. TTC employees kept telling me I would see the charge for one of the phones drop off after 3 billing cycles and become a credit. Verizon corporate told me that's not true because I was not qualified for that promotion and will be paying full price for both phones. I struggled with TTC for a whole week before they finally refunded my money without charging the tremendous restocking fees right on the last day of the 14 day return policy. . This store is near Market Basket across from the train station in Attleboro Mass.
NO, the issue isn't resolved. My wife and I went into the store because our phones were over four years old and needed to be updated. We were't planning on the Note 9's because I knew they were $1000 phones. But when the salesman says, buy one get one free, that changes everything. To have 2 of what may be the best phone available for only $1000 was awesome! So because of that promotion, we went with the Note 9's. The problem was, your dishonest salesman didn't give us that promotion. HE LIED. He put the phones in my account for the full price of $999.00 each. If I wouldn't have checked my account before the 14 day trial period was over, we would have been responsible for the full $2000.00. Sure we got out of the deal, but it took 6 days of disputing it with the store employees. So now the buy one get one free promotion for the Note 9 is no longer available. Because of that dishonest salesman, we missed a good opportunity to have Note 9's. It was after 9/5 before I saw he screwed us, so the promotion had ended. You call that resolved??? This whole issue was really really WRONG. So much for the "TTC customer care team". We're stuck with our 4 year old phones now after all that. We'll still have to be upgrading them, but it...
Read moreI had a curbside pick up and I was there hours. I ended up going inside. The employees didn’t even acknowledge us. They look at us and go about there thing. They didn’t even say one word to us. Not I’ll be right with you or you can can have a seat and I’ll be there soon as I can. There was two males and a female with glasses. The female ended up up leaving and there was people in there waiting and been there a while and she could have helped before she left. I will never come to this store again. Workers were Terrible and I was there all day and no one acknowledged me and I left because I was there around 11am and I left around 2:30. I had 2 month old baby with me. And I came back at 6 and the door was already locked. Worst Verizon store. I’ll make sure next time I will go to another store. I think this store needs training on how to work in customer service. Because clearly no one knows how to or nor do they care. Outrageous when I was curbside. This isn’t the store. It was not this store it was the one on S. Washington st across from the mall. I’m sorry that my fault . This store there was two men and they was very polite and they did acknowledge me. I had to pick up phone at this location also and I was sitting out side in my car trying to check in and they was outside throwing something away and the very nice man asked me if I needed help with anything. It’s very...
Read moreSTAY AWAY. Even when paying for your phone (50% cash and the other 50% credit from Verizon)they don’t tell you that your phone will be locked for 60 days( you can’t use it with another carrier when you travel out of the country) Also didn’t say that the credit from Verizon would be over 3years!!!!! so that your locked into them. To top that off they put on a $50 screen protector that has a warranty to be replaced if it cracks and when you go back to get it replaced they tell you you have to do it online and pay for the shipping and handling and then they’ll put it on. Of course they lie and tell you…… we told you that when you bought the phone here ….. no they didn’t. I’m not an idiot I’d remember that. I didn’t even know the screen protector was $50 until after he put it on my phone and rang me up. I guess they don’t tell you that because no one would never buy it because of course you can get better screen protectors much cheaper. Finally they said they would wave activation fee. Then when it shows up on your bill, when you call Verizon, Verizon tells you that NO activation fee can be waived by a retailer. Save yourself the aggravation and don’t go to a store that’s so deceptive in their practices. I guess that’s why their parking lot is always empty, even though they’re in one of the busiest shopping centers...
