My mom ordered some stuff, and I always come to this Dunkin since I was a kid, walking home after finishing school. The people back in the day were extremely nice, but now I'm an adult, 21 years old, and I never had a problem in this Dunkin until 4 days ago. I went to get some stuff for my mom, and I was still mad after they thought I was lying about my order. They made a mistake and forgot 3 things on the receipt. My mom told me that she was missing food, so I went back inside Dunkin to tell them. This old dark-skinned lady with glasses gave me an attitude from the start. Right after I told her, she kept saying, "I need to see the receipt." I showed her the receipt, and she told the other lady to give me my food in the drive-thru, yelling at me, saying that I should have come back around and said something.
Hear me out: my mom ordered the stuff; I did not know anything. So I said, "Well, my mom ordered the stuff, not me," and she yelled, saying, "Well, you're gonna have to wait, honey," with an attitude. This chubby woman was like, "I don’t know you, so don’t call me honey or babe 'cause you're not my type, and you smell like cheese and dirty water." If you don’t like your job because you made a mistake on the order, leave and find something new. So I said, "Oh, I can wait; I’m very patient," with a smile on my face. I waited and waited, like 40 minutes or so, just to make a simple egg and cheese croissant, hash browns, and a coffee. I was getting frustrated because I had work at 12 PM, and I was there until around 10:30 AM.
So I got mad, stood up, and told the dark-skinned lady with glasses, "I’m still waiting on my order." She told me I had to wait until she was done. I spazzed out, saying I wanted to talk to her manager, which I did. The manager was really nice, and she apologized about the situation. I told her, "Nah, you’re good; I don’t know what’s wrong with that old lady with glasses giving attitude for no reason. If you don’t like your job, leave." I told her that the lady was mad because she made a mistake on my order, and the manager should teach them a lesson, as a manager should do. The manager felt bad and apologized again, and she gave me 3 free hash browns and made my coffee. I told her I liked her and that she should get a raise or a reward for the best customer service. The others need to leave and find a new job. She said, "Don’t worry, you’re not the only one who has complaints about them." Hopefully, she can get them straightened out. They should show respect to the customers; if not, they should be fired because they are always rude to people, especially the elderly. Read moreI am so done and over Dunkin' Donuts more than likely for the rest of my life first off their coffee now taste watered down from when they were actually really good many moons ago, secondly take a look at that picture and tell me what your thoughts are if you are or used to be an avid Dunkin' Donuts supporter or even just a customer! Because I'm telling you right now Fred the baker would be turning in his grave! I remember not too long ago when I ordered Chocolate Jimmy Donuts there was not a spot on that chocolate frosted donut that did not have a chocolate Jimmy on it! However this picture posted is not the first time in the past year that I have gotten chocolate Jimmy Donuts and they have looked like this so now I have to go elsewhere to get my chocolate Jimmy Donuts because I guess Dunkin' Donuts must be they have to be going out of business or going bankrupt because they are lacking in a lot of areas and they are skimping in a LOT more AREAS! I worked for a Dunkin' Donuts for many years and my old boss was one of the few truly awesome bosses and his wife was probably even more awesome than he was but either way both of them loved their customers and listened to their customers... and I've got to say the fact that they love their customers and listen to them is what kept the customers coming back and it is what kept the!! customers telling their friends and family how awesome this particular Dunkin' Donuts was and how great their food, coffee, service, atmosphere was because of how awesome the owners were and how the owners listen to what the people wanted they listened to their complaints and fixed what they felt needed fixing to make a better experience for all!!
And just to let you all know I in the past year that I've been avidly getting my chocolate Jimmy Donuts because for some reason I just love chocolate Jimmy Donuts anyway no I am not a house LOL but anyways it wasn't only one particular Dunkin' Donuts that I've been going to I am a delivery driver so therefore I have stopped at several probably hundreds of different Dunkin' Donuts and the past year and the picture above is what my chocolate Jimmy Donuts have looked like from each of them so it's not just one Dunkin' Donuts or one Dunkin' Donuts owner skimping where they never skimped before it's the entire franchise of them! Therefore that is why I say they must be going bankrupt or must be going out of business soon because it is across the franchise not just one particular store!

Read moreWe got Charged $12.00 for 2 Donuts and a small coffee . She did not want to fix our order I went with my Husband to go get breakfast, we was in a hurry. Due to the Fact that he had work soon in 20 minutes. We ordered our Breakfast and we patiently told the lady out loud . We would like two Eggs and Cheese Wake up Wraps with two Donuts.
Which she so Graciously repeated our Order back to us . Upon the pull up to the window and we paid. She hands us our Coffee and Bagy of 2 donuts ! BUT ! no wake up wrap in the bag. We got Charged $12.00 , for a Coffee and 2 donuts But no wake up wrap .
[ Please be mindful that we BOTH heard her clear as a firetruck siren. That she repeated our order back to us, correctly. ]
We told her you forgot our wake up Wraps. But because of her negligenctence.
